Pack the item(s) in the original packaging with all tags attached. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Drop off the package at any authorized shipping location using our prepaid label. You'll receive a tracking number for your return.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

Refund Information

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 3-5 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 1-3 business days after processing

Refund Amount:
